Corvias continues to challenge ourselves each year and we are always looking for ways to improve the customer service received by our valued residents. Each survey received provides our team with valuable feedback that we use to train our teams and further streamline our processes. The Maintenance Department had two specific areas that our residents felt we could improve upon and they are “the time it took between when your maintenance request was reported until when your maintenance issue was resolved” and “the quality of maintenance work completed”.
At Fort Sill, the maintenance program was set up so that all routine maintenance requests would be completed in 10 working days or less. Corvias consistently maintains an on-time completion rate of 96% or higher. Although the majority of completed work orders are within the 10-day timeframe, we continue to implement changes to improve. As a result of your feedback, we would like to inform you of some of the changes we have made to better serve you. In October, a Lead Maintenance Technician position was created to assist our Maintenance Supervisors with work order scheduling, employee training and monitoring the quality control of our contractors.
These changes have been made to our national and local suppliers to improve the speed in which specialty materials are received in order to make needed repairs. Corvias is also making changes to improve the quality of maintenance work completed in your home. We are routinely holding training classes to improve our technician’s knowledge in areas such as appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting, electrical repair and customer service.
Thanks to your feedback Corvias is constantly working to improve customer interaction and events. Based on last year’s feedback and the recent communication survey we are working to ensure that residents receive information through our One Call Now system. We will be able to send text, email and phone calls to all residents that have registered. This will help to continue to ensure that we are able to communicate important information to you all. We are also using social media outlets, such as Facebook to get important news and events out to our residents.
In keeping with providing great resources and resident events, we have partnered with ACS to ensure that community information is available in the community centers to assist you with any needs you may have. We are also continuing to have our great yearly events such as our Spring Into Fun Event that was held last month and our Resident Appreciation Day that will be in May.
Thank you for taking the time to provide honest feedback. We hope that you are seeing positive changes within your community and with the service provided by our Corvias team.

Tell us how we’re doing and you could win big! Keep an eye out on May 4th for an e-mail from ARMYHousingSurvey@celassociates.com containing a link to your 2017 Army Survey. This important survey will help ensure the continued success of the RCI program in meeting your needs and will help guide the Army and Corvias in the development of future improvements to your homes and services. The survey results are confidential, so please share your true opinions and thoughts. All residents who complete the survey will be entered into a raffle to win $200! Drawing will be held weekly.
Your Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) is the stipend the Department of Defense allocates to pay for the majority of rent and utilities. When you live on post, BAH includes rent, average utilities, fire and police services, municipal services, as well as services like lawn care, trash removal, pest control, home maintenance, community amenities, project costs and future improvements. Click here to learn more about how Corvias uses BAH.
Save the date! Join us for our annual Resident Appreciation Celebration on Thursday May 25th. This is for the entire family! There will be activities setup for pets at our Bark Park, splash pad, bounce house popcorn, hotdogs, s’mores’, computer access to complete your Army survey, adult activities and much more.
Don’t forget! Applications for the Corvias Foundation $5,000 Educational Grants for spouses of active-duty service members are due Thursday, May 4. The application is available online at corviasfoundation.org.
Take advantage of spring weather! While the temperatures outside are comfortable, use a window or ceiling fan instead of the air conditioner. A fan only requires a tenth of the energy needed to run an air conditioner.
Your community calendar can help you stay up-to-date on trash, recycling, lawn care, resident events and community activities.
You can even sync your community calendar with a personal Google calendar by clicking on the +Google button on the bottom right-hand corner of the calendar.
